If you go to the Boxtops for Education website, you will see that these coupons add up to many dollars. This is a big help to the teachers, because they offset the costs of educational materials. If a child is unable to provide for his/her own supplies, teachers are able to use the Boxtop program to provide them. Bring yours to the alumni banquet, or mail them to: ACS Boxtops for Education PO Box 5 Afton,NY 13730 C/O Katelyn Moody   We Need Your Stories If any of our members would like to type and email stories from their "Good Old Days" at Afton Central or any other happy memories from Afton, please send them to Wendy (Doing) Poyer '87 at WpoohP@aol.com so that we can include them in an upcoming newsletter.   Scholarship Winners We are very proud of our 2016 scholarship recipients! If you don't have a Facebook page yet, consider making one and joining our group. It's totally free and a great way to locate your classmates. Make Wendy your Facebook friend and she will direct you to the group. Or you can email here with this link, or call her at 607-634-4134.   Get Involved We always need more class delegates! A person such as you is needed to represent every class. Check the 'Delegates' page and if your class doesn't already have a representative, please consider volunteering to become your class delegate. If you class has a Delegate you can also help out by volunteering as a Co-delegate. You will get the opportunity to renew contact with you classmates and to vote their wishes at the Annual Reunion. Some will simply share some good memories with you. Contact any Officer or Committee Member or email us to volunteer. Wendy (Doing) Poyer '87 is now your Delegates Chairperson.
